Portland native suits up for Mammoths
PORTLAND- Eamon White (6’1, 300) signs with the Maine Mammoths for his first year of arena football.
Prior to joining the Mammoths, Eamon White spent three seasons with the Southern Maine Raging Bulls of the New England Football League where he played both guard and defensive tackle. In 2017, he helped the Raging Bulls to a 7-2-1 record and an NEFL Colonial Conference #2 ranked team for points scored (283).
White finished his college career at Merrimack College where he played offensive line. During his time at Merrimack he played in 16 games, including 10 as a senior. During his final season with the Warriors he helped an offense that averaged 126.6 yards per game on the ground and only allowed 16 sacks for the entire season. White began his college career at the University of Maine from 2008-2010 but transferred following the 2010 season.
White’s hometown is Portland, Maine, where he attended Portland High School. During his high school career, he played offensive and defensive line. As a senior, he earned All-Conference honors while also playing basketball and lacrosse.
